Unused products can be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Product Usage
Will the diffuser fit my car?
Yes. Our diffuser is designed to fit almost all vehicles and can be attached to an air vent or hung from the rear-view mirror.
How do I use the diffuser?
Unscrew the wooden cap, remove the plastic stopper, screw the cap back on, then carefully turn the bottle upside down for about 15 seconds to saturate the wood. Attach it to your air vent or hang it from your mirror.
Can I use it on my air vent or hang it from my mirror?
Yes. Every diffuser includes both an air vent clip and a hanging cord, so you can use whichever option you prefer.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Belgium, the Netherlands and most European countries.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours from Belgium. Delivery times vary depending on your destination and the shipping option you choose.
